Pankaj Jindal is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and staffing industries. As Co-Founder of Sense since January 2016, Pankaj has played a pivotal role in developing an AI-powered talent engagement platform utilized by over 700 organizations to enhance hiring processes and candidate experiences. Prior to this, Pankaj served as CEO of Akraya from April 2013 to December 2015, leading an award-winning staffing and consulting firm. Additionally, Pankaj has held significant roles at Jindal Consulting, Aditi Technologies, and Ramco Systems, contributing to business development, staffing strategies, and global operations. Pankaj's educational background includes an Advanced Management Education Program from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Punjab Engineering College.
