Humberto Garcia Gutierrez

Humberto Garcia Gutierrez has over 20 years of experience in various HR and leadership roles. Humberto most recently served as the Director of Engineering at Sensei Ag since 2021. Prior to that, they were the HR Director LATAM at Poly from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Humberto held multiple positions at Honeywell, including HR Director LATAM HBT, HR Director Northwest Mexico, and Site HR Sr. Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing HR operations and building strong partnerships with the business and support areas.

Before joining Honeywell, they worked at NatureSweet as the General Manager in Arizona, USA from 2013 to 2015. Humberto was accountable for the profit and loss of production plants and packing operations.

Humberto also served as the General Manager and HR Director at NatureSweet Mexico from 2009 to 2013. Humberto was responsible for setting strategic goals, meeting customer expectations, and transforming the lives of associates.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Director at Centrifugados Mexicanos, where they set HR guidelines and procedures and implemented employee safety and security plans.

Humberto began their career at IBM México as an HR Manager, where they worked from 1998 to 2007.

Later, they enrolled at Central Michigan University from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management.
