Guolin Zhang

Principal Scientist at Sensei Bio

Guolin Zhang has worked in various scientific roles since 2007. In that year, they began as a Postdoctoral Fellow at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, where they studied epidermal growth factor receptor phosphorylation related to oncogenic mutations and tyrosine kinase inhibitor sensitivity. In 2009, they were a Visiting Scientist at MIT, where they collaborated with Dr. Forest White's Lab and trained in the cutting-edge phosphoproteomics technical systems. From 2011 to 2020, they worked as a Research Scientist at Moffitt Cancer Center, where they studied K27-linked ubiquitination of BRAF by ITCH engaging cytokine response to maintain MEK-ERK signaling. Currently, they are a Senior Scientist at mProbe Inc. and is set to become a Principal Scientist at Sensei Bio in 2022.

Guolin Zhang received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Xiamen University in 2006, in the field of Proteomics, biochemistry, cancer biology, and immunology. Guolin then went on to pursue a Master's degree at the University of South Florida in 2014, in the field of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. Guolin stopped after finishing the main courses.
