Leah Ohodnicki

Leah Ohodnicki is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Carrier Relations at RT Specialty since September 2024, Leah has also held significant roles such as Co-Founder at CorePower Magnetics and Sensible Photonics. Additionally, Leah has been a key member of the Board of Directors at Pittsburgh CLO since October 2014. Prior positions include EVP roles at Ethos Specialty Insurance Services LLC and multiple senior vice president roles at Argo Group, where Leah spearheaded specialty programs and marketing initiatives. Leah's earlier career includes marketing leadership positions at Marsh and TUDI Mechanical Systems, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Duquesne University.
