Jan-Philipp Becker

Jan-Philipp Becker is a Senior R&D Engineer at Sensirion since November 2023, previously serving as R&D Engineer. Prior experience includes roles at Zentrum für Sonnenenergie- und Wasserstoff-Forschung Baden-Württemberg (ZSW) as Head of Department for Photovoltaics - Materials Research and Group Leader for Contacts and New Applications from February 2019 to September 2023. At TWT GmbH, Jan-Philipp Becker worked as an IT Consultant between March 2017 and January 2019. Prior research at Forschungszentrum Jülich involved serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher/Project Manager, focusing on photovoltaics and solar fuels, and supervising students and PhD candidates from September 2010 to January 2017. Jan-Philipp Becker also completed a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2010 to 2013, following a Diplom-Physiker degree in Physics from the University of Bremen (2005-2009) and a Vordiplom in Physics from Leibniz Universität Hannover (2002-2005).
