Rowena Pacifico

Rowena Pacifico has extensive experience in technical support and IT services, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Sensitech since January 2021. Previously, Rowena held the position of End User Support Specialist II at Vulcan Inc. from 2013 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing IT support and ensuring hardware functionality for new employees. Rowena also worked as an Associate Systems Engineer Intern, focusing on media systems solutions and remote support for A/V production equipment.
