Karl Trygve started their career in 2009 as a co-founder of Quantility, an investment company focused on data analytics, life sciences, and financial technology. In the same year, they co-founded KolibriFX, a data analytics company specializing in real-time analysis of time series data. Karl Trygve held positions as both the CTO and CEO of KolibriFX depending on the company's development phase. During their time at KolibriFX, they also co-founded several spinoff companies, including Just Technologies, Bluetail Capital, and Abelee.
In 2014, Kalleberg worked as an intern at Oslo University Hospital, Ullevål, where they gained experience in orthopedics, general surgery, and internal medicine, specifically in the nephrology ward. During the same period, they also pursued their first year of Medicine at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). From 2003 to 2007, they continued their studies at the University of Bergen and completed a PhD in Computer Science. Additionally, from 2003 to 2009, they attended the University of Bergen and obtained a degree in Medicine (cand.med).
