About this role:

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible and have oversight for our events and activities in Japan and Southeast Asia, Australia, India and Pakistan. This includes creating, developing, and managing local partnerships, exhibitions, events, and webinars, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention.

What you will do:

  • Research, register and execute local industry events in Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia, India/Pakistan to further build Sensor Tower’s brand awareness in these regions.
  • Plan and initiate events/webinars to enhance our local engagement, extend our network in the mobile and digital marketing industry, and generate leads for our sales pipeline.
  • Plan and design efficient events to engage with existing customers, help them explore our products and increase retention.
  • Set annual, quarterly and monthly goals in partnership with the Regional Sales Director.
  • Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with APAC analysts to ensure we deliver the most desired insights for the region.
  • Maintain and expand our partnerships with local media and other SaaS providers in the industry.
  • Manage local agencies to deliver the best event experience.

What you can bring:

  • Must live in Tokyo, Japan and able to travel in other regions of Asia.
  • 2 + years of experience in field and events marketing.
  • 3 + years of experience in mobile industry, digital marketing, digital advertising or related field in SaaS companies.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business management, public relationship or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to write industry-facing articles and present at webinars/events.
  • Data driven, able to oversee budgets, develop reports, and optimize event formats to achieve higher ROI.
  • Team player, with strong cross-team collaboration skills, working closely with sales, BDR, and marketing team members in other regions.
  • Demonstrate strong enthusiasm in the mobile industry and digital marketing.
  • Native Japanese speaker, fluency in the English language.
