Rebecca Longley possesses extensive experience in customer success and relationship management across various roles in multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager Regional Lead for UKIME at Sensormatic since February 2017, Rebecca has also held significant positions at ShopperTrak as Mall Relationship & Sales Support Manager and Client Manager EMEA since February 2012. Previous experience includes serving as UK Customer Service Manager at Synergy High Wycombe Ltd from November 2004 to July 2011, and as Customer Service Manager at Geodis from 1998 to 2004.
