Ethan Lipkind

Ethan Lipkind has had a long and varied career in the healthcare industry. Ethan began their career in 2009 as an Associate at Hogan Lovells, before becoming CEO and General Counsel of Michigan Clinic Holding Co. and Michigan Rural Healthcare Preservation Inc. In 2011, they took on the role of Principal at CHM Corp. In 2015, they became Head of Strategy at CareCentrix. In 2017, they took on the roles of Senior Advisor and Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Clover Health. Most recently, in 2021, they became Co-Founder of Sensorum Health, a company that applies proprietary passive sensor technology powered by machine learning to identify and alleviate chronic disease exacerbation.

Ethan Lipkind holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School, with a focus in Finance and Health Care Management. Ethan also has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Boston University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Northwestern University.
