Lisa Schroeder

Lisa Schroeder is an experienced project manager specializing in product understanding at Sensory Spectrum since September 2021. Previously, Lisa worked at Mars Wrigley Confectionary from January 2015 to June 2021 as an Associate Scientist - Sensory, where responsibilities included managing a descriptive analysis program and collaborating with external consultants for panel recruitment. Lisa also served as a Chocolate History Ambassador for American Heritage Historic Chocolate, engaging in educational presentations nationwide. Prior roles at Mars Chocolate included Sensory Technician, Sensory Conformance Technician, and Descriptive Analysis Panelist, gaining extensive experience in sensory quality and analysis. Lisa began their career as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Warner-Lambert Company from June 1985 to September 1991 and holds a certificate in Advanced Secretarial from Katharine Gibbs School.
