Brad Martin

Brad Martin has a strong background in product management and engineering. Brad is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Senstar. Prior to this, Brad worked at Christie Digital Systems for over 12 years, holding positions such as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager, and Team Lead. During their time at Christie, they successfully launched numerous products into the global market, increased revenue, and oversaw the delivery of key projects. Before joining Christie, they worked at DALSA as a Design Specialist, where they collaborated on circuit redesigns and conducted root cause analysis on field failures. Overall, Brad Martin has extensive experience in strategic product development, project management, quality assurance, and competitive analysis.

Brad Martin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy, Leadership, and International Business from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Brad also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical from Lakehead University. In addition, they have obtained the certifications of AI for Product Management from Pendo.io in 2024, Pragmatic Marketing Certified – Level III (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing in 2016, and Professional Engineer (P.Eng) from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2009.
