Dan Ladd has a diverse work experience in the field of dermatology. Dan started their career at Austin Skin Derm Clinic in 2004 as a Dermatologist, where they worked until 2012. In 2011, they founded The Shade Project. In 2012, they established Tru-Skin Dermatology, a General & Cosmetic Dermatology Practice with multiple locations. In this role, they served as the Founder and CEO, focusing on implementing the FDA approved SRT-100 Vision technology for the treatment of skin cancer. Starting in 2016, Dan Ladd took on leadership positions in two companies. First, at Sensus Healthcare, they served as the Medical Director for the Center of Excellence, training dermatologists to use the SRT-100 Vision effectively. Later that year, they became the Chief Medical Officer at SkinCure Oncology, where they collaborated with dermatology practices nationwide to implement Image Guided SRT systems. Throughout their career, Dan Ladd has been dedicated to improving access to care and providing innovative non-surgical options for skin cancer patients.
From 1994 to 1998, Dan Ladd attended Des Moines University, where they earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a specialization in Medicine.
