Rajni Suthar

Rajni (Raj) Suthar has extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Director of New Product Development and OEM Engineering at Xylem since September 2010, following a role as Engineering Manager. Prior to Xylem, Rajni worked as a Technologist at GE John F Welch Technology Center from January 2007 to August 2010. Rajni holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Additionally, Rajni has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Michigan.
