Steve Tilders

Steve Tilders has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the marine and RV sectors, currently serving as the Sales Director and Global Marine/RV Champion at Xylem Inc. since September 1992. In this role, Steve oversees the sales and marketing strategies for Jabsco, Rule, and Flojet products, taking on multiple leadership positions such as Director of Marketing and Product Manager. Prior to Xylem, Steve was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BoatLIFE, where various roles were held over a span of 17 years. Steve holds an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University and completed a program in ITT Strategic Management at Hult Ashridge.
