Marko Kaseleht

Marko Kaseleht has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as CEO and Co-founder of SensusQ since April 2020. Before that, they were a Founding Member of Smart Defence Systems, a company that provides specialist consultation on defence and policing procurement. Marko joined Smart Defence Systems in August 2017 and continues to work there.

From April 2019 to March 2020, Marko served as the Business Development Department Director at Milrem Robotics. Marko led a team responsible for business development, client/partner relations, and market mapping, and successfully created new revenue streams.

Marko also held several positions at Milrem LCM, starting as the Head of Business Development from April 2018 to April 2019. Marko then briefly served as a Program Manager from January 2018 to March 2018.

In addition, Marko was a Member of the Board at NGO Estonian Defense Forces Veterans / MTÜ Eesti Kaitseväe veteranid from April 2016 to March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Servicehouse Trading OÜ from June 2016 to December 2017.

Marko's career started in the Estonian Defence Forces, where they served as an NCO from 2005 to 2016.

Marko Kaseleht obtained their Bachelor's degree in International relationship and business management from Euroacademy, where they studied from 2017 to 2021.
