Rachelle Capps

Rachelle Capps has extensive experience in managed care contracting and health management. Currently serving as Interim VP of Managed Care Contracting at Sentara Healthcare, Rachelle oversees contracting functions for a progressive health system with multiple hospitals and outpatient sites. Previous roles include Senior Health Management Advisor at Phillips 66/ConocoPhillips, where Rachelle developed health management programs and employee policies, and Regional Director of Managed Care Contracting at Community Health Systems, where Rachelle managed negotiation and strategy for multiple hospitals. Rachelle began a career at Hillcrest Healthcare System, managing contract administration for numerous facilities and participating in mergers and acquisitions. Rachelle holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Oklahoma City University and a B.A. in Psychology from Langston University.
