Eric Allen

Eric Allen is the current controller at Senti Biosciences. Prior to their current position, Eric was the corporate controller at PDL BioPharma from September 2012 to March 2022. In this role, Eric managed the accounting department and company internal controls, worked with investment bankers to liquidate the remaining assets held by the company, prepared external financial reporting for the board of directors and shareholders, and managed the distribution process to shareholders. Eric's role with PDL BioPharma is expected to end in March 2022.

Prior to their role at PDL BioPharma, Eric was an audit senior manager at McClintock Accountancy Corporation from September 2009 to September 2012. In this role, Eric oversaw all firm internal controls, technical research, and implementation of new accounting regulations. Additionally, Eric managed all audit staff, including hiring, training, and staff compensation review. During their time at McClintock Accountancy Corporation, Eric successfully implemented a paperless audit documentation and management system. Other responsibilities included scheduling all client engagements, overseeing audit fieldwork, and presenting results to the client's management and the board of directors. Eric has experience auditing for private clients in industries such as homeowner associations, golf clubs and resorts, ski resorts, local government entities, and non-profit organizations.

Eric Allen has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. Eric also has a MSA from San Jose State University and a BS from Westmont College. Eric is also certified as a public accountant in California.
