Jason Kratovil

Head of Public Policy and External Affairs at SentiLink

Jason Kratovil has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Their most recent role is Head of Public Policy and External Affairs at SentiLink, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of the Consumer First Coalition from 2018-2021, where they represented a group of leading financial services companies committed to combatting fraud, protecting identities, and upholding privacy protections. From 2014-2018, they were the Vice President, head of payments, technology, and cyber policy at the Bank Policy Institute. From 2013-2014, they were the Vice President and Deputy Executive Director of the Card Policy Council at the American Bankers Association. From 2007-2013, they were the Vice President of Congressional Relations at ICBA, where they were a chief advocate and policy expert to Congress. From 2001-2007, they were the Legislative Director for the Office of US Congressman Steven C. LaTourette (OH-14). In 2001, they were an Account Executive at Hill and Knowlton. Their first role in the industry was Senior Marketing Analyst at Dell, a position they held from 2000-2001.

Jason Kratovil obtained a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University between 2004 and 2007, focusing on Economic and Trade Policy. Jason also obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University between 1996 and 2000, with a major in Speech Communication and a minor in Political Science. In June 2015, they obtained a Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
