Carmen Arce

Carmen Arce is a First Vice President in the Payroll & Personnel Department. Ms. Arce joined Sentinel in 1991 originally with the Accounts Payable Department. In 1996, she transitioned to the Payroll Department. She is currently responsible for oversight of corporate, residential and commercial payrolls, as well as benefits administration. She has overseen numerous system implementations that advanced and improved Sentinel's payroll and personnel processes.
