Kimberly D. Wade

Kimberly serves as Corporate Paralegal for Sentinel Trust. In her role, she is responsible for gathering, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by General Counsel, Sr. Relationship Officers, and outside counsel and accountants. In addition, she is also responsible for drafting various documents and agreements, facilitating vendor relationships, and assisting with the general compliance needs of Sentinel Trust.

Kimberly is active with her university’s alumni networks locally.
