Ali Ameer

Ali Ameer has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and web development. Ali started as an intern at Amsterdam University College, where they worked on web development projects and used machine learning techniques for data analysis. After that, Ali worked as an intern at Perceptum, where they rebuilt a dashboard for a project using frontend technologies. Ali then joined Plot Projects as a Web Development Intern, where they worked on user-facing admin interfaces and managed the company's website. Ali then transitioned to eyeOpen, where they worked as a Web Developer and contributed to the frontend and backend development of their online mortgages environment. Ali also developed and maintained the company's blog. Ali continued their career at Knab after eyeOpen merged with Knab, where they led the development effort on a migration project and worked as a Software Engineer. Later, Ali joined Irdeto as a Technical Manager and then as a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer. In this role, they worked on the Irdeto Realtime Intelligence System (IRIS) and led a team of engineers. Currently, Ali is working at Sentinels as a Senior Backend Engineer.

Ali Ameer pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2009, they completed their GCE O Level at Beaconhouse School System, where they focused on the field of Science. Ali then attended Keynesian Institute of Management and Sciences from 2009 to 2011, earning their GCE A Level in Science. Following this, from 2012 to 2015, Ali attended Amsterdam University College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree in Information Science. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), where they studied Computer Science and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree. In addition to their formal education, Ali Ameer also obtained a Professional Scrum Developer certification from Scrum.org in December 2018.
