Ilia Znamenskii

Ilia Znamenskii has a solid background as a Senior Frontend Developer, with experience in various companies and projects. Ilia started their career at Бюро Пирогова in 2012, where they developed websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated frameworks. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at ADV/web-engineering co, where they continued to develop websites for a web studio.

In 2014, Ilia joined FINAM as a Lead Frontend Developer, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining a large-scale social network application for traders. Ilia led a team of developers and coordinated projects to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

In 2015, Ilia moved to Ostrovok.ru, where they successfully led the migration of an internal application for hotel owners from a custom framework to React. This migration improved performance, maintainability, scalability, and the user experience.

From 2016 to 2020, Ilia worked at SEMrush, one of the leading companies providing SEO tools. As a Senior Frontend Developer, they built multiple web applications from scratch, designed scalable solutions, and shared best practices across teams.

In 2020, Ilia joined Werkspot as a Senior Frontend Developer, where they continued to contribute their expertise in frontend development until February 2021.

From March 2021 to August 2022, Ilia worked at Project Plato, a startup building a digital identity ecosystem using Self-Sovereign Identity. In this role, they developed and maintained scalable web applications using React and Typescript. Ilia also developed libraries for managing app states, reducing boilerplate code, and accelerating new feature development. Ilia collaborated with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into wireframes and user stories.

Ilia's most recent work experience is at Sentinels, where they started in October 2022 as a Senior Frontend Developer.

Ilia Znamenskii completed their Bachelor's degree in Education from the Arzamas State Pedagogical Institute named after Gaidar. Ilia attended the institute from 2004 to 2009.
