Stephen Roughley

Stephen Roughley is an experienced engineering manager currently leading efforts at Sentric Music Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Software Engineering Manager at The Football Pools, where the focus was on migrating the Identity platform to Azure Active Directory B2C with Cloud Native technology. Previous positions include Lead Developer at GBG Plc, where responsibility included migrating platform data encryption to AWS KMS, and roles at Certero Software and Human Recognition Systems, employing the Microsoft Stack across various software development projects. Stephen's career began in 2003, with significant experience in development and programming at companies such as Mando Group and Stella Travel Services. Stephen holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from York CFHE and completed secondary education at Armidale High School.
