Leon Rode

Leon Rode is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management within the packaging and equipment industries. Since January 1997, Leon has served as President of MTD Packaging Inc. and has been a Regional Manager at Sentry Equipment Erectors since March 1989. Prior roles include Project Manager at Simplimatic Engineering, where Leon was instrumental in developing a product line for PCB and HDDA production, and Project Engineer positions at Tonko Corporation and California Conveyors, specializing in system design for various manufacturing systems. Leon holds a degree from San Jose State University, completed between 1975 and 1980, and graduated from Belton High School in 1975.
