Agustina Nicola Kalbermatten

Agustina Nicola Kalbermatten has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Agustina is currently serving as the Team Lead Customer Success at Sentryc GmbH since September 2021. In this position, they lead and manages a high-performing Customer Success team, ensuring their growth and success in achieving objectives. Additionally, they are responsible for protecting brand integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations, and monitoring e-commerce websites for potential infringements. Agustina also focuses on client onboarding, expectation management, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Prior to their current role, Agustina worked as an Assistant Professor in Theory and Constitutional Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina from August 2020 to February 2022. During this time, they delivered lectures on constitutional law and legislative technique, provided comprehensive instruction, and promoted critical thinking. Agustina also developed course materials and conducted relevant research.

Before joining Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, Agustina worked as a Risk and Compliance Analyst at Accenture from March 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they specialized in Anticorruption, Trade Compliance, and Data Privacy. Their responsibilities included monitoring and reviewing potential risk activities involving public officials, detecting legal issues, and implementing effective remediation strategies.

Prior to Accenture, Agustina served as a Global Compliance and Reporting Analyst at EY from July 2019 to March 2020. Their main tasks consisted of monitoring and controlling activities for compliance and regulatory obligations across multiple countries. Agustina provided analysis and solutions to mitigate risks in engagement coordination and assisted in fulfilling compliance and reporting requirements.

Agustina Nicola Kalbermatten began their education in 2016 at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Agustina successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2020.

During their undergraduate studies, Agustina also participated in an Undergraduate Exchange Program at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences from 2018 to 2019. This program focused on the International Degree Program in Political Management.

In 2020, Agustina obtained the TOEFL certification from The TOEFL® test.

In 2022, Agustina enrolled in the Università degli Studi di Torino to pursue a Master of Science degree in ICT for Development and Social Good. Agustina is expected to complete their master's program in 2023.

Agustina has received several additional certifications, including the Academic Merit Scholarship from DAAD German Academic Exchange Service in 2018, the Beca UCA PRIUNES al Mérito Académico from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2016, and the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in 2015.
