Dustan Kailiuli, PMP

Dustan Kailiuli, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Dustan began their career in the US Navy as an Engineering Laboratory Technician, where they were responsible for monitoring and maintaining the chemistry and radiological controls of nuclear power plants on board the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN72. After leaving the Navy, Dustan joined Intel Corporation as a Manufacturing Technician, where they worked for 7 years.

Following their time at Intel, Dustan joined SolarWorld as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of crystal growing furnaces used in the production of solar cells. Dustan then moved to Franklin Electric, where they held several roles including Application Engineer, Applications Engineering Manager, and ultimately Project Manager for New Product Development. In these roles, Dustan managed a team of engineers and technicians to provide custom-designed solutions for pump/water systems, HVAC, and industrial markets.

Currently, Dustan is the Director of NPI (New Product Introduction) and Technical Services at Senva, Inc., a position they have held since 2018. In this role, Dustan oversees the introduction of new products and provides technical services. Throughout their career, Dustan has demonstrated their project management skills and attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Dustan Kailiuli, PMP has a diverse education history. Dustan obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017. Prior to that, Dustan pursued a Certification in Project Management from Portland State University, which they completed between 2016 and 2017. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. To add to their skills and expertise, Dustan also obtained a Certification in Nuclear Power Plant Propulsion Systems from the US Navy Nuclear Power School from 1997 to 1999.
