Before tpaga, Iván co-founded Azuan Technologies S.A. in 2012 and served as the CEO until January 2018. Iván Darío successfully redefined the company's commercial and product strategy to expand their market and targeted sectors such as Government, Education, and Corporate.

Additionally, Iván worked at Skina Technologies S.A.S as the Commercial Director from July 2009 to December 2011, where they were responsible for the consolidation of the Commercial Department and consistently achieved quotas higher than 110%.

Iván Darío started their career at Access Team S.A.S as an Account Manager from April 2007 to June 2009. In this role, they created marketing campaigns that contributed to the company's positioning and the acquisition of new customers.

Prior to Skina Technologies and Access Team, Iván worked as an Account Manager at IT Trading Ltd from October 2004 to January 2006.

In 2004, Iván worked at Universidad de Los Andes as the Coordinator for the Professionals' Office and Alumnus Program - Business Faculty. Iván Darío developed the strategic plan for the two programs based on the faculty's policies.

Iván Darío Tovar Rueda completed their Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance at Universidad de Los Andes from 1993 to 1999.
