Justin Jacob

Justin Jacob has over a decade of experience in engineering and technology leadership roles, primarily within the e-commerce and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at SEPHORA since March 2015, Justin oversees the omni-channel order management system (OMS) applications and manages critical enhancement projects. Prior to SEPHORA, Justin held significant positions at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. as AVP of Engineering, Vtrio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Director of Enterprise Solutions, Wal-Mart Global eCommerce as Lead Engineering Architect, and Infosys as Senior Project Manager. Justin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from REC Calicut (NIT Calicut).
