Kimberly Delaney

Kimberly Delaney is the current VP Talent Acquisition, Field at Sephora. Kimberly has previous experience as a District Manager at The Limited from July 1997 to July 2000, a District Sales Manager- DC metro area at Marianne and Jean Nicole-Petrie Retail from July 1995 to February 1997, a Store Manager at Victoria's Secret from January 1990 to June 1991, and a District Sales Mgr- DC Metro at Claire's Inc. from June 1991 to May 1995. Kimberly was also a Store Manager and DM at Claire's Inc. from June 1987 to January 1990. Kimberly is known for being a top performer and providing many experiences to train and develop new leadership.

Kimberly Delaney has an associate's degree in mental health and psychology from Allegany College of Maryland. Kimberly also has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. In addition, they have two certifications: one in diversity recruitment training from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc., and one in leadership lab for strategic agility from LVMH.
