Emmanuel Igberaese has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Emmanuel is currently working at Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc as a Lead Production Engineer, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Emmanuel worked at Seplat as a Maintenance Engineer from July 2020 to January 2022, and as an Instrument Engineer from April 2013 to June 2020.

Before joining Seplat, Emmanuel worked at Riverman Technologies Limited in Lagos, Nigeria, from January 2010 to January 2013. Here, they served as a Process Control Instrumentation and Automation Engineer. Emmanuel'sresponsibilities included installation, configuration, and interfacing of various equipment on process pipelines at major companies in the Niger Delta region. Emmanuel also worked on process control, industrial automation, and data transmission projects.

Emmanuel's earlier experience includes a role as a Process Control and Data Analysis Engineer at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) from May 2008 to October 2009. Emmanuel also worked as a Contractor at Hays for the year 2006 and as a Site Project Engineer at S.C.C Nigeria Limited from January 2005 to August 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Field Engineer at Renco Engineering Nig. Ltd from February 2003 to December 2004.

Emmanuel began their career as a National Youth service Corp (NYSC) at Nigerian Gas Company Limited from January 2002 to January 2003. Overall, their experience demonstrates a strong background in production, maintenance, and instrumentation engineering, as well as expertise in process control, automation, and data analysis.

Emmanuel Igberaese obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, which they completed between the years 1996 and 2001. Emmanuel then pursued a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Technology from Teesside University, which they completed from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Instrumentation, Automation, and Process Control from IDC Technologies. Emmanuel Igberaese is a qualified engineer and a member of both the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
