Sang Hao Ng has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they served as the Logistics & Marketing Manager at Ng Chemical Trading, where they collaborated with directors in production logistics and maintained the company's reputation as a reliable detergent supplier. Sang Hao conducted research and analyzed trends in detergent products, presenting a comprehensive business strategy proposal to senior management.
In 2020, Sang Hao became involved in student leadership roles at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Sang Hao served as the NUS Pioneer House(PH) Senior Peer Mentor & Facilitator, organizing hall events and providing academic assistance and guidance to residents. In 2021 and 2022, Sang Hao pursued internships at Ng Chemical Trading and Micron Technology, respectively. At Ng Chemical Trading, they utilized manufacturing knowledge to optimize production routes and reduce costs. At Micron Technology, they developed an automated reporting system using machine learning techniques, leading to a significant improvement in reporting efficiency.

Sang Hao Ng began their education at Sunway College in 2017, where they pursued their GCE A Level qualification. Following this, from 2019 to 2023, they attended the National University of Singapore to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Economics. In 2021, they briefly studied at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they continued their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
