David Muñumer Montequi is a telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in network optimization and management. Currently, David serves as Responsable Optimizacion Norte at MASORANGE, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, David spent over 16 years at Orange España, progressing through various titles including Responsable Calidad de Red Region Norte, Responsable GRIET Territorio Noroeste, and Gestor de Centros Técnicos. David's career began at Amena and Orange, focusing on radio access engineering. David holds a degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicación with a specialization in Radiocomunicaciones from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
