Neeraj Arora's work experience includes:

- Principal Software Engineer at Sepura since February 2018.

- Platform Software Engineer at ip.access from September 2013 to February 2018. Responsibilities included ARM and Freescale SoC based applications and system software development, customization of Linux kernel and boot loader, migration of build systems, and automated BSP upgrade mechanism implementation.

- DT Product Engineer at Anite from March 2013 to September 2013.

- Senior Software Engineer at ip.access from February 2010 to December 2012. Involved in the development and maintenance of RRC Call Control Module, RRM algorithms, and automated test module frameworks.

- Technical Lead at Aricent from March 2009 to February 2010. Responsibilities included development and maintenance of Call Control Features for Access Controller in Femto Cell Solutions, and design and development of C-Unit based test framework.

- Senior Software Engineer at Aricent from November 2006 to March 2009. Responsibilities included development of RANAP/ALCAP Call Control Modules, integration testing, and integration of HA Checkpoint library.
