Sharon Hertwick

Sharon Hertwick has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Sharon began their career in 1986 as a Project Planner at MSN Labs Ltd Hyderabad. Sharon then worked at ICL SA from 1987 to 1991, where they held roles in Field Support and Repair, CAD Technician, and Environmental Services. After that, they worked at Telkor (PTY) Ltd as a CAD Technician from 1992 to 1993.

In 1994, Sharon joined Medicom Commercial Consultants, where they worked as a CAD Technician and Software Support Consultant. Sharon'sresponsibilities included Schematic Capture, Component Sourcing and Buying, Symbol and Footprint Creation, PCB Layout and Routing, Creating Gerber Files, and providing Software Support for an online ordering system. Sharon also handled basic administration tasks and informal marketing.

From 1995 to 1999, Sharon worked at QD Electronics as a PCB Designer. Sharon then joined Advanced Technologies & Engineering in 1999 and served as a Printed Circuit Board Designer CID until 2008.

Next, Sharon joined AlanDick Africa in 2008 as an IBS/DAS Designer and continued in the role until 2011.

From 2012 to 2020, Sharon worked at Webb Industries as an IBS/DAS Designer iBwave Certified. Sharon'stime at Webb Industries involved designing wireless systems using the iBwave software.

In 2021, Sharon joined Virtua UK Ltd as an RF Design Engineer and later moved on to Sepura in the same year as a PCB Design Engineer.

Sharon Hertwick attended Johannesburg Technical College from 1985 to 1986 and obtained an N6 National Diploma in Electronics. Prior to that, their education history is unclear. Sharon also has additional certifications including iBwave® Design Level 2, which they obtained in April 2013 from the institution iBwave, and the Certified Interconnect Designer (C.I.D) certification obtained in 2006.
