Anissa Zridla

Anissa Zridla currently serves as HR process manager and is responsible for HR management at two sites for SEQENS, including a biotechnology R&D center and a production facility focused on cosmetic and in vitro diagnostic activities. Key responsibilities include strategic HR support, payroll, employee relations, reporting, and functional management of an HR officer. Previously, Anissa held roles at NOVACAP, where responsibilities included HR project management and administrative personnel management, as well as client service at Darty and inventory management at Kempton & Co. LLC. Anissa's academic qualifications include a Bac +5 in Human Resources Management from ECEMA and degrees in Economic and Social Administration from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a DUT in Business Management from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
