Adam Talbot has a diverse work experience background in the field of bioinformatics. Adam started their career as a PhD student at the University of Warwick in 2011, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they worked as an Arable Crop Pathologist at ADAS from October 2014 to May 2015. Adam then returned to the University of Warwick as a Research Fellow from May 2015 to June 2016. From June 2016 to April 2018, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of York. Adam then joined Congenica as a Bioinformatics Analyst from April 2018 to October 2019. Adam then transitioned to Nonacus Ltd, where they worked as a Lead Bioinformatician from May 2020 to March 2023. Currently, they are working at Seqera Labs as a Bioinformatics Engineer, starting in March 2023.
Adam Talbot completed their education at the University of Warwick. From 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Ph.D. in Systems Biology with a specialization in Plant Molecular Biology, completing their degree between 2011 and 2015.
