Neil Padley

Neil Padley is an accomplished RF Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior RF Engineer at Sequans Communications since April 2012, Neil specializes in RF chip set evaluation, research and development, and reference design. Neil previously worked at STEricsson for over a decade, where significant contributions included the development of Globalstar satellite phones and 3G phones across multiple bands. Earlier career experiences include roles at NEC System Technologies, where Neil focused on dual band GSM and ICO satellite phone R&D, as well as a position as a Graduate RF Engineer at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, specializing in GSM phone RF development. Neil holds a BEng in Electronics from the University of Southampton, completed in 1995.
