Debby Norton has extensive work experience in the customer service and operations field. Debby is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Service at Sequel Med Tech, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CeQur from November 2021 to November 2023, where they served as the Senior Director of Commercial and Customer Operations. From September 2015 to May 2021, Debby held the position of Senior Director of Customer Care at Insulet Corporation. Their earlier experience includes roles at Medtronic, where they served as the Senior Manager of Customer Care and Sales Operations from 2009 to 2015 and as the Manager of Managed Markets and Sales Channels from 2004 to 2009.
Debby Norton completed their education at National University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Moorpark College from 1993 to 1995, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their academic achievements, Debby also obtained several certifications, including a Master Change Manager certification from Medtronic in 2014, Managing Projects certification from Medtronic in 2011, and Green Belt Certification (GB) from Medtronic in 2007.
