Joanna Castillo

Joanna Castillo is currently the Vice President of Compliance at Sequoia, where Joanna plays a key role in modernizing compensation and benefits to help companies unlock a People Advantage. With a background in law, Joanna has held various roles in the legal field, including as an immigration attorney and as a judicial law clerk. Joanna has also worked as a Marketing Director for a luxury real estate practice. Joanna has a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
