Kevin Fery

Kevin Fery has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the HR and payroll industry. Kevin is currently working as a Senior Data Ops Analyst at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they centralize workforce data and helps companies maximize their investment in people. Prior to this, Kevin was the Manager of Implementation at Paycor, leading a team responsible for onboarding new payroll clients and overseeing performance improvement initiatives.

Before Paycor, Kevin had a long tenure at Paylocity, where they held various roles. Kevin was the Lead of a Rotational Team, managing a versatile team of 20 through several departments during busy periods. Kevin also served as the Paylocity Benefits Team Lead, managing a team of 10 and being accountable for department goals. Kevin started their career at Paychex, where they worked as an HR Compliance Specialist, advising clients on various HR issues and recommending best practices. Kevin later became an HRIS Implementation Project Manager, implementing complex client projects, and an HRIS Analyst, where they compiled reports, mitigated software issues, and drove system utilization through training.

Kevin Fery completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Kevin then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Nazareth University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Following that, Kevin obtained another Master's degree in Business Management from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
