Liz Schaefer Mba

Liz Schaefer, MBA, PHR has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 at Target as an Executive Intern and later becoming an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources. Liz then moved to TriNet Ambrose in 2013, where they worked as a Client Services Associate and later as a Manager in the same department. In 2016, Liz joined Sequoia Consulting Group as a Client Program Manager and eventually progressed to roles such as Senior Onboarding Manager, Manager of Client Services, and Manager of Onboarding Success. In 2021, they became the Director of Client Experience at Sequoia, and in 2023, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Client Service. Liz's experience in client management and HR positions demonstrates their expertise in providing strategic benefits and HR services to hyper-growth companies.

Liz Schaefer, MBA, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University - School of Business. Liz later earned their Master of Business Administration degree in Business from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Liz Schaefer has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2013.
