Robby Peters

Robby Peters has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. In 2018, they co-founded SemperVirens Venture Capital, a strategic early-stage fund focused on workplace tech, health tech, and fin tech. Prior to that, they worked as a VP of Business Development at Sequoia Consulting Group from 2013, where they specialized in employee benefits programs for venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. In 2016, they co-founded PeopleTech Partners, and in 2013, they co-founded HR 2.0, a networking group for HR professionals in high-growth tech companies. Robby pursued an MBA from the University of San Francisco from 2012 to 2016 while working as a Business Development Manager at MitchellLake Consulting, providing consulting and recruitment services to venture-backed startups and mid-market organizations. Before that, they were a Senior Account Executive at Bloomspot.com and an Account Executive at Comcast Spotlight. Robby also worked as a Development Manager at 3eep and interned as a Sales Intern at XX Sports Radio.

Robby Peters attended UC San Diego from 2004 to 2007, where they received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
