Kris Pelz

Kris Pelz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality control and construction claims management. Currently serving as Quality Control Manager at Sequoia Consultants, Inc. since September 2021, Kris previously held the position of Senior Construction Claims Engineer at AECOM from November 2006 to June 2021, supporting projects by analyzing contractor claims related to inefficiencies and delays. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Control Manager for Structures at Washington Group International, overseeing construction quality on the SR 125 Toll Road, and as Senior Transportation Engineer at the California Department of Transportation, coordinating construction contract claims and assisting in legal proceedings. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Doctor of Law from Western State College of Law.
