Christian Giorgi, CCP has over 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Their most recent role is as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Sequoia Living, where they transitioned to and now manages the annual focal review for the entire organization. Christian also consults with leadership on best pay practices and job architecture, manages benefit renewals and open enrollment, implements leave administration tools, and oversees the C&B team.

Christian also facilitated attorney and paralegal compensation and partnered with Finance to develop annual budgets.

Christian also has experience as a Compensation Manager at Marqeta, Inc, where they built out the compensation function for a fintech company in growth mode. Christian managed the annual merit review process and partnered with the CFO on the evolution of equity grant and refresh programs.

Prior to that, Christian held various compensation and benefits roles at bebe stores, Levi Strauss & Co., AAA Club Partners, and CSAA Insurance Group. Christian also worked as a Compensation Consultant at Salesforce.com, Blue Shield of California, and Franklin Templeton Investments.

Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated expertise in developing compensation policies and processes, managing annual review processes, conducting job evaluations, and implementing HR systems. Christian has also partnered with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and has worked on global compensation programs.

Christian Giorgi, CCP has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. They also hold a Human Resources Certificate from UC Berkeley Extension. Additionally, Christian has obtained certifications in CCP from WorldatWork and in Human Resources Management from the Northern California Human Resources Association.
