David J. Latina, MSRED, CCIM has extensive experience in the real estate development and housing industry. David J. served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Sequoia Living, where they led the business development functions and executed the organization's growth strategy. David J. was responsible for overseeing the development and capital improvement projects, including the successful completion of Viamonte, a $234 million market-rate Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Walnut Creek. David J. also co-founded Paramount Development Group and Barbary Lane Senior Communities, where they provided development and entitlement consulting services for urban in-fill mixed-use and senior living projects. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Marin Housing Authority, AF Evans, Mercy Housing, and Northwest Side Community Development Corporation. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in securing entitlements, managing pre-development and design processes, and expanding service enriched programs to provide community-based services.

David J. Latina completed their Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSREDP) from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. David J. pursued this degree from 1991 to 1993.
