Genevieve O'Gara Forslund

Genevieve O'Gara Forslund is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in university recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiter at Sequoia Capital since December 2022, Genevieve previously held roles at Plaid as University Recruiting Manager & Program Lead, Airbnb as University Recruiter, and McKinsey & Company as Recruiter, where responsibilities included leading Stanford Business Analyst hiring and co-managing San Francisco office recruiting. Earlier career experiences include serving as Graduate Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator at the University of San Francisco and as a Programs Fellow at the Women's Funding Network. Genevieve earned a BA in Political Science from Davidson College, complemented by overseas studies through the University Studies Abroad Consortium.
