Karen Walker

Karen Walker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Seqwater since July 2022, Karen previously held the same title at Bis and has extensive experience in remuneration and benefits from positions at New Hope Group and Peabody Energy. Additional roles include Human Resources Operations Manager and HR Manager in different capacities at Peabody Energy, as well as early experience in consultancy and employee relations at Human Factor Australia and Stanwell Corporation Limited. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Human Resources from CQUniversity and is a Certified Practising Accountant from Deakin University.
