Falk Daum

After training as a banker, Falk Daum studied business administration at the University of Augsburg. In addition to the German university diploma, he holds a Master of Science in Financial Management and Electronic Commerce as well as a Diploma of Higher Education from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh. Prior to his time as Managing Director at Serafin, Mr. Daum worked for more than ten years in the field of corporate analysis and acquisition at Siemens AG, among others. He was responsible for numerous transactions as a buyer and seller as well as a consultant. The focus has always been on companies from the German MITTELSTAND.
