Nichelle Wash

Nichelle Wash is currently the Associate Director of Diversity Best Practice at Seramount, part of EAB, since August 2022. Additionally, Nichelle serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Guarden LLC, a company founded to provide diversity education training for various institutions and organizations, a position held since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Assistant Director of Diversity Recruitment and Outreach at Indiana University Bloomington from June 2011 to September 2022, where responsibilities involved developing and coordinating diversity-focused recruitment strategies. Nichelle's career also includes roles as a Research Assistant and Research Scientist at IU Simon Cancer Center, where responsibilities centered around leading projects in interdisciplinary biology research.
